AWARDS
In Bible Quiz, we believe that discipleship in the Word of God is one of the most important acts a Christian can do in their walk with the Lord. We reward every individual who takes the time to bury the Word deep within their hearts. It is our deepest desire to honor everyone for their dedication to memorizing God's Word.
Because every individual has different levels of discipleship, we have established many awards that anyone can earn. They start out very basic and slowly progress to more challenging requirements. Here are some of the descriptions:
Georgia Key Club Award
One of the more basic awards, the Key Club requires you to quote all of the primary verses in Hebrews and I & II Peter (primary verses are the ones with dots in the scripture portion). Although you have to do one complete chapter per sitting, there is no time limit! Download the form, or email Doug Black with any questions!
Georgia League Memorization Award
Quote four chapters, one chapter from the assigned material for each League Meet. Available to Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Intramural. Awards are presented at District Finals. Have any questions? Just email Doug Black and he'll be glad to help you!
Georgia Memorization Award
Quizzers must quote all the material, one complete chapter per sitting. Available to Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Intramural. Awards are presented at District Finals. Download the form, or email Doug Black with any questions!
National Memorization Award
This award is available to all quizzers, coaches and officials. You must quote the entire books of Hebrews, I Peter, and II Peter, one chapter at a time, with no more than 4 errors per chapter. Awards are presented at District and National Finals. The guidelines and registration form are available on biblequiz.ag.org. Master Memorization Award
This award is available to quizzers, coaches and officials. Quizzers must quote the entire books of Hebrews, I Peter, and II Peter in one sitting in 45 minutes or less with 5 errors or less. Awards are presented at District and National Finals. The guidelines and registration form are available on biblequiz.ag.org. National Discipleship Award
This award involves a series of discipleship steps and reports that acquaint quizzers with various A/G fundamentals of truth and foundations of their faith. A great journey for all quizzers to grow deeper in Christ and expand their biblical understanding. For more information, please email Doug Black.
